Simon Moss
Managing Director
Simon Moss joined SO Legal in 2025, having previously worked as practice manager at a Legal 500 law firm in the City of London.
He is an experienced managing director with a strong background in operational leadership, gained both within the legal sector and across a range of private sector industries, including running his own businesses.
Before joining SO Legal, Simon held several legal practice management roles, building expertise in managing the business side of law firms. His experience includes overseeing operations, driving efficiency through new systems and processes, and managing resources to support strategic objectives alongside the partners.
Simon works across all SO Legal offices, overseeing the firm's practice management functions and ensuring the efficient delivery of legal services. His role spans strategic planning, process improvement, and the implementation of best practices to enhance firm performance.
He plays a pivotal role in aligning operational capabilities with strategic goals, helping drive the firm's growth and success. His leadership ensures the continued delivery of high-quality legal services and excellence in client care.
Outside work, Simon enjoys time with his wife and two children. A football, rugby and cricket fan, he coaches his son's U8 football team.
He also has a strong record of public service, having served as an elected district councillor and currently acting as chair of trustees for a local group of charities.
