Mohammed brings experience across residential conveyancing, secured lending, and bridging finance. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, having achieved fellowship in 2025 following experience at city firms across London, where he developed his expertise in property law.

His work includes advising on bridging finance transactions, secured lending arrangements, remortgages, transfers of equity, and freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Mohammed also has experience dealing with legal charges, debentures, personal guarantees, and third-party legal or equitable charges.

He acts for a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, buy-to-let and overseas investors, high-net-worth individuals, and private lenders, with a focus on clear communication and commercially practical advice.

Dylan Leet, partner and head of real estate finance, said:

"Mohammed joins our growing real estate finance team with strong experience in secured lending and bridging finance, alongside a practical, client-focused approach that fits well with the way we work. His expertise further strengthens the support we provide to lenders, brokers and borrowers alike, and I am looking forward to working with him as we continue to develop this area of the firm.”

Simon Moss, managing director, added:

“We are delighted to welcome Mohammed to the firm. His experience across residential property and real estate finance will further strengthen our offering in London and nationwide. Mohammed’s commercial understanding and approachable manner will be a real asset to the team and our clients.”
