Dylan Leet promoted to partner

Dylan joined in 2021 as a paralegal after completing his Law Degree and LPC LLM, before securing a training contract and qualifying as a solicitor in 2023. Since then, he has gone on to lead the real estate finance team, playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth in this area.

Based in our Brighton office, Dylan works closely with colleagues across the firm, supporting clients nationwide. His work covers everything from straightforward property purchases to complex, high-value transactions, including bridging finance and share purchases.

He supports individuals and business owners acquiring investment properties, often through limited companies, alongside established investors expanding their portfolios. He regularly works to tight deadlines where timing is critical, and his ability to manage pressure and coordinate with accountants, agents and other professionals ensures transactions progress smoothly.
