Congratulations to Chloe Loft on qualifying as a solicitor

Chloe joined the firm in 2023 and has quickly established herself as a valued member of the team, recognised for her professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused approach. Based in our Eastbourne office, she advises on all aspects of residential property conveyancing, bringing the same determination and composure that saw her qualify while balancing work, study, and family life.

Before joining SO Legal, Chloe graduated from the University of Brighton with a first-class law degree in 2020 and trained with a leading Legal 500 firm. Since joining us, she has built a reputation for her calm approach, client focus, and in-depth knowledge of residential property law, covering freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
