Sanae is a specialist immigration solicitor with experience advising both businesses and individuals on the full spectrum of UK immigration law.

She has acted in complex matters spanning business immigration, family migration, asylum, human rights, and nationality law.

Prior to joining SO Legal, Sanae practised at leading Legal 500 and international law firms, where she gained significant experience in both corporate and private immigration. She has acted for multinational corporations, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and families, giving her a broad perspective on immigration strategy and compliance.

At SO Legal, Sanae leads the firm’s dedicated immigration department, delivering strategic advice on both business and personal immigration matters. Her practice covers business immigration routes such as sponsorship licences and compliance, skilled worker visas, global business mobility, as well as personal immigration routes including spouse visas, settlement, citizenship, and appeals.

Recognised for her strategic approach and client-focused service, Sanae is experienced in handling technically complex cases and has successfully represented clients before the Home Office, First-tier Tribunal, and in negotiations with Home Office compliance teams.
