Caron is a chartered legal executive based in our Bath office. With more than 10 years’ PQE and over 25 years working within the legal profession, Caron brings an extensive wealth of knowledge across both commercial and residential property matters.
Caron is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEX) and a CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner. Well known across Bath, Bristol and the wider South West property market, she advises on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters. Her experience includes the sale and purchase of residential properties, alongside commercial transactions involving industrial units, retail premises, restaurants and pubs, including new leases and lease renewals.

Caron is known for providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice rather than legal theory. Whether acting on acquisitions, disposals or commercial leases, she aims to simplify the legal process so clients can focus on their priorities with confidence.
