Nicole Hoddinott

Nicole Hoddinott is a partner and solicitor in our residential property team, advising clients on residential property transactions and wider lifetime planning matters linked to property ownership.

Nicole advises clients on a broad range of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, declarations of trust, probate and LPA sales, retirement properties, and equity release transactions.

Nicole completed her Law degree at the University of Kent in 2016 before joining an airline to work as international cabin crew.

While working as cabin crew, Nicole began the Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Law in Professional Practice. She joined the team at SO Legal Eastbourne in 2019 and qualified as a solicitor in July 2022 before becoming a partner of the firm in 2026.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys walking her dogs and spending time with her friends and family. She also has a keen interest in snowboarding, scuba diving and travelling.
