James Halpin

James Halpin – Solicitor, joined SO Legal in June 2017, having previously spent three years working as a Conveyancing Executive at a regional firm of solicitors in Sussex.

He has developed a specialism in Auction Sales and Purchases and all Auction-related property transactions. He also has experience in Commercial Property and Business Sales and Purchases, as well as general property related matters including Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build Developments, Lease Extensions, Remortgages, and has also gained a specialist Paralegal Qualification in Residential Conveyancing.

James believes in a client-focussed approach to legal issues, offering straightforward advice specifically tailored to the client and transaction to achieve the best outcome.

Away from the office, James is the 1st team captain at Lewes Rugby Club, and has represented Sussex RFC at both junior and senior levels.
