Our Charging Policy relating to Grant of Probate, Employment Tribunals, Debt Recovery and Residential Conveyancing are set out below:
Our approach to fees at SO Legal is to be open and transparent regarding the fees you will pay. Our lawyers will communicate with you from the outset and will discuss other available funding options that may be available, such as cover under an insurance policy.
Please note that all charges are subject to the addition of VAT at the current rate of 20%.
Depending on the case or matter in question, there may be additional disbursements. Disbursements are our costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties. We will handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
Full details of our charges, our estimate or fixed quote, terms and conditions relating to payment as well as the stages of the work we will carry out will be stated in our Client Engagement Letter.
